Each year we try to send a work team of volunteers to work at a state or national mission project. This years trip will be to Muskogee, OK to work at Bacone College.

Mission trips are excellent experiences to do hands on ministry. Mission team members are volunteers who cover their own expenses to participate in the work trip. Team members vary in ages from youth to senior citizens. Everyone on the team contributes their skills and talents to the building project, whether it be painting, roofing, siding, sawing or being a go-fer. Bible study, devotions, sharing and witnessing to local residents are also some of the daily occurances that take place while on a mission trip. Invariable mission trips tend to be spiritual experiences for the participants as they see God's spirit working through them and in the lives of others.
